Bitcoin for Startups began from one observation: Bitcoin companies were spending the first weeks of every engagement teaching outside agencies the market. That was a solvable problem, and solving it built a team that had run the products, the events and the communities rather than read about them.
The deeper capability became clear through the work: moving important cross-functional priorities from strategy through execution. B4S is the name for that. Bitcoin is where it is deepest, and where it stays.
